On March 09, 2011, SEAMEO RETRAC signed an MOU with the College of Foreign Languages, Hue University, at the Center. In attendance  were leaders and senior staff of the two institutions.

The  MOU will pave the way for joint activities in training, research, student and faculty exchange, and co-hosting of conferences.
