From August 04 to 15, 2014, Unilead Vietnam – University Leadership and Management Training Course, co-organized by DAAD Information Center in Ho Chi Minh City, Oldenburg University in Germany and SEAMEO RETRAC was conducted at the Center’s premises with the participation of 24 selected researchers and lecturers from universities in Vietnam. The training course was facilitated by invited experts from Germany and Austria in the fields of Project Management, Training Management and Curriculum Development. The course optimized the blended mode for experts and participants to share their practices being employed in their different institutions. Besides the experiences from foreign perspectives, participants were offered an opportunity to attend the sessions shared by domestic experts who were alumni of Unilead programs. After the two-week training, participants were required to perform certain steps of their project that they had proposed in three months. On December 10 to 12, 2014, participants are scheduled to gather again for the second phase to present the results of their project. The course was highly appreciated by the participants.
