SEAMEO RETRAC would like to invite you to join our workshop in order to enhance your English writing skills for the IELTS Academic Writing Task 2. Simultaneously, you will have the opportunity to exchange your ideas and experience on writing in this section with other IELTS students and our native English teacher.

Some students may have difficulty writing an essay in task 2 of the IELTS Writing test. In order to have the high band score for this part, your essay must meet the following 4 criteria: Task Achievement, Coherence & Cohesion, Lexical Resource, Grammatical Range and Accuracy.

Mr. Marschall Van Rooi, our native English teacher, will provide you with useful knowledge about task 2 of the IELTS Writing test along with tips for writing a great essay in order to help you achieve your expected score in this test.
