On June 22, 2014, SEAMEO RETRAC Kiddy Programs organized an experience sharing session to provide teaching assistants with an opportunity to express their interests and share their teaching experience in young learner classroom management. About 40 teaching assistants from Kiddy Programs actively participated in this sharing session.

Participants had a good chance to exchange their ideas and experiences in managing young learners, dealing with some management problems in the classroom as well as initiating effective ways to monitor young learners.
