On November 19 to 20, 2014, SEAMEO RETRAC, in collaboration with the U.S. Consulate General in HCMC and Can Tho University, held the 2014 U.S. Education Fair in two respective cities: Ho Chi Minh and Can Tho. With the participation of 24 American colleges and universities, the fair welcomed more than 1,080 parents and students. At the fair, visitors had the opportunity to update their knowledge about the visa procedure as well as to meet representatives of the participating institutions to obtain information about admissions, scholarships and other financial supports from these institutions.

The Department of International Development and Overseas Study of SEAMEO RETRAC took this opportunity to give consultancy to interested students participating in the fair to expand relations and seek future cooperation.
